These Terms and Conditions deal with, Laboratory Work, Billing, Warranty's, Social Media, Cyber, and Security. As of 12/01/2024 we are now including (In-House Client Accounts, Service Agreement.)

The terms and conditions of this agreement are controlling. And GSR Dental LLC, takes great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our appliances. We count on our clinicians to provide the most accurate impressions and working models available. (Our scanner's, 3D printing, and flask injection make exact copies of your impressions and models.) All warranties and remakes will be evaluated by GSR Dental LLC. on a case-by-case basis. For the evaluation, we will need all original model work and appliances returned. GSR Dental LLC. reserves the right to cure or correct any defect before issuance of any credit. Any credit must be applied to appliances and services within sixty (60) days of issuance.
All accounts are due and payable upon receipt of each monthly invoice or statement. Billing starts on the date of issue on the invoice. The payment is Net 25, and new clients are Net 15 and after 3 successful and timely invoice payments, you’ll be extended Net 25. A minimum service charge of 6.0% per month and a (annual rate of 18%) will be applied to any unpaid balance.
Accounts not paid within the stated terms will be subject to C.O.D. status. All cases and items remain the property of GSR Dental LLC. until client's account is paid in full. A minimum of $30.00 will be charged for returned checks. All accounts also agree to pay all attorney’s fees, court costs, collections and all other expenses which may be incurred in collection of past due balances or insufficient fund checks as permitted by law.
All remakes will be at no charge if received within (15) working days of the invoice date of issue, except under the following circumstances:
1. The product is altered. Any use, sale, alteration, or modification shall constitute acceptance of the appliance. Means product has been adjusted to the point that the product can no longer be used, or it does not fit the original module or cast.
2. Untimely notification of product issue or defect. Failure to timely notify and return the appliance to GSR Dental LLC. within (15) working days of receipt of the item shall constitute acceptance of the appliance.
3. The appliance fits the master cast but not the mouth, and the Occlusion is Correct on the Articulator.
4. Damage exceeding normal wear.
5. Inaccurate impression, bite, midline, smile line, cusp line, & plane of occlusal, Inaccurate fit due to Inaccurate impressions or Inaccurate module. Inaccurate fit will be covered if submitted within 3 weeks of the initial invoice, and GSR Dental will do 1 free hard lab reline.
6. Inaccurate module for dentures and partial dentures: Any module that is above .12% expansion is inaccurate for dentures and partial dentures. (The sweet spot for processing acrylic appliances is .12% expansion stone.) After processing on a dentists stone module that is above .12% expansion, and at GSR Dental's discretion one free reline will be given within the first 15 days after the case has been delivered to the dentist office.
7. Incorrect shade or teeth chosen by the doctor or patient. For remakes there will be a charge for the cards of teeth.
8. Changed from the original laboratory prescription form, after the case has been processed, and or changed product materials. i.e.: shade or product or an incorrect laboratory prescription form. If you change product material to a different product material, it's the same as buying a new product. Reference to change product material, (you change materials from, ceramic to acrylic, or acrylic to metal or flex material to cast metal material. etc.)
9. The case was cancelled after the appliance was begun. Fabrication starts the day GSR Dental LLC. receives the case. The practice will be billed at the stage of completion.
10. Any credit must be applied to appliances and services within sixty (60) days of issuance.
111. GSR Dental LLC. reserves the right to cure or correct or remake any case. And reserves the right to cure or correct any case defect before issuance of any credit.
12. If the Dentist wants a remake on an incorrectly filled out Laboratory Prescription Form and (the RPD has already been made,) the remake will be done at a discounted rate.
13. Product warranties apply only to the original doctor and patient and are not transferable.
Warranties will not apply to any cases in which the doctor/practice has chosen to disregard the lab’s technical recommendations.

All 1 Year Warranties begin on the original invoice Date of Issue and GSR Dental LLC made the original appliance to begin with. And we will need all original appliances returned and any other appliances that the patient or dentist did not like for that particular case (returned.) For the remake consideration. Remakes returned to us without the original restoration will be charged at 100% of the price.
1 Year Warranty: Dentures Breakage of denture base or debonding of tooth from appliance (On Non-Immediate Dentures). And ALL on 4 Bar breakage and acrylic, and debonding of tooth form appliance. (And the breakage is not catastrophic.)
1 Year Warranty: Denture Breakage of denture base or debonding of tooth from appliance. {And the breakage is not catastrophic.)
Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear.
If the patient comes back to your dentist office for yearly relines and they are relined through GSR Dental on a yearly basis then the 1 warranty will be extended for 5 years from the date of invoice.
Warranty only applies to GSR Dental products.
Disclaimer: if patient loses tooth that has deboned from the appliance there will be a charge for the new tooth. And if the denture breakage is catastrophic there will be a charge for a new denture. And if patient misses there yearly reline, some time after year 1 patient forfeits warranty. GSR Dental will determine what is deemed catastrophic.
3 Year Limited Warranty: Cast Metal Framework breakage of frame. (Breakage due to clasp adjustment or major connectors not covered). And Limited Warranty is, 1 framework breakage of frame. No Warranty (against wear and tear, or discoloration.) Dentist will have to pay for new acrylic and teeth used but not the framework. And a 6 month warranty on a patient breaking the cast clasp. And 1 year warranty on acrylic base and denture teeth debonding from acrylic. (Per Individual Case.) Dentist will need to return the broken framework and without the original broken framework, remakes will be charged at 100% of the price. (GSR Dental wants the broken framework back.)
1 Year Warranty: Permanent Monolithic Hybrids made with Varseo Smile Crown plus material or equivalent. (Monolithic is one solid piece of material.) And the breakage is not catastrophic and limited to 3 remakes.
1 Year Warranty: Permanent 3D Printed Dentures when denture base is made with DENTCA Denture Base 2 and with 3D Printed Teeth, C&B, OnX, or Varseo Smile Crown plus materials. And the breakage is not catastrophic and limited to 3 remakes.
1 Year Warranty: Permanent 3D Printed Crowns and limited to 3 remakes. And the breakage is not catastrophic.
1 Year Warranty: Remakes with appliances with high dollar teeth, and the remake is being done because of, incorrect shade or teeth chosen by the doctor or patient. There will be a charge for those teeth. And if GSR Dental LLC did not supply the teeth to begin with there will be a charge for those teeth.
Warranty: 1 year from date of invoice on Permanent, Flex Clasp, Flex Partial's, Flex Denture's. And the breakage is not catastrophic and limited to 3 remakes.
Flex Partial Limited Lifetime Warranty: Under normal use, all of our flex partials come with a limited lifetime guarantee against flex partial base breakage. Limited Lifetime Warranty is 5 Years from the date of invoice issue. And GSR Dental wants the original Flex Partial back, and without the original broken flex partial, remakes will be charged at 100% of the price.
Warranty: 6 months, if GSR Dental made the original appliance (Denture, RPD, etc.) on soft relines, and hard relines.
Warranty: 3 months from the date of invoice on chairside pickups, explanation. (Of the housings coming out of the denture.) (And 60 day warranty on the nylon inserts, from being chewed up.) And no warranty on losing, the housing or nylon insert. And GSR Dental made the original appliance. There will be a travel cost to come to the dentist office, but not the work being done.
Warranty: 90 days from the date of invoice on Temporary Crowns, after that its the cost of the temporary crown.
Warranty: 30 days from the date of invoice on Immediate Dentures. GSR Dental will impose a processing fee at a discounted rate, per arch and plus cost of teeth for the remake.
Warranty: 30 days from the date of invoice on Immediate flippers, immediate acrylic partials, immediate flexible partials, immediate cast framework with acrylic, GSR Dental will impose a processing fee at a discounted rate, per arch and plus cost of teeth for the remake.
Warranty: 30 days from the date of invoice on Immediate 3D Printing. GSR Dental will impose a processing fee at a discounted rate, per arch and plus cost of teeth for the remake, or material used.
Warranty: 3 weeks from the date of the first invoice or original invoice on a particular case for Repairs. And GSR Dental did not make the original appliance.
Warranty: 3 weeks from the date of invoice on Lab Relines, and chairside relines. And GSR Dental did not make the original appliance.
Warranty: 3 weeks from the date of invoice (GSR Dental did not make the original appliance,) on chairside pickups, explanation. (Of the housings coming out of the denture.) (And 3 week warranty on the nylon inserts, from being chewed up.) And no warranty on losing, the housing or nylon insert.
There is No Warranty on temporary dentures or temporary immediate dentures, or temporary immediate cast chrome framework, temporary immediate 3D printing. To remake the temporary denture or temporary immediate dentures, or temporary immediate cast chrome framework, temporary immediate 3D printing it’s just the cost of the temporary.
No Warranty (against wear and tear, or discoloration.)
Warranty: 90 days from the date of invoice on Permanent, Acrylic Flippers, Acrylic Partial's, And the breakage is not catastrophic and limited to 3 remakes. And GSR Dental did not make the original appliance.
Warranty: 60 days from the date of invoice on Permanent, essix retainers, hard night guards, soft night guards, 3D printed night guards, 3D printed bleaching trays.
This Warranty is exclusively for the dentist's benefit, and it is not transferable and does not extend to any patients. You agree to pay all other costs of adjustment, repair, and replacement of a device including were a dentist office losses the product. Except where prohibited by law, GSR Dental WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF A DEVICE OR NON-USE OF A DEVICE, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL regardless of the theory asserted, including warranty, contract, negligence, or strict liability and if such disclaimer is not permitted by law, the duration of any implied warranty is limited to 90 days from the date of delivery or invoice date. In the event of a dispute and absent an amicable resolution the parties mutually agree to waive class actions in favor of mandatory individual arbitration of claims under this limited warranty in and in accordance with the laws of, The State of Texas. GSR Dental LLC, does not guarantee the performance of independent carriers.

Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.
Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
Altered means, product has been adjusted to the point that the product can no longer be used, or it does not fit the original module or cast.
Business Entities refers to business companies and their affiliates.
Country refers to: Texas, United States
Company or companies(referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to GSR Dental LLC, 405 Gray Wolf Trail, Hudson Oaks TX 76087.
Content refers to content such as text, images, or other information that can be posted, uploaded, linked to or otherwise made available by You, regardless of the form of that content.
Dentist, DDS, dds, or Dentist Office.
Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cell phone, or a digital tablet.
eSign refers to (digital signature and digital forms), and our eSign is certified HIPAA compliant and can help ensure you and your patient’s private and sensitive documentation are always within regulation.
Feedback means feedback, innovations or suggestions sent by You regarding the attributes, performance or features of our Service.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Inaccurate module for dentures and partial dentures: Any module that is above .12% expansion is inaccurate for dentures and partial dentures. (The sweet spot for processing acrylic appliances is .12% expansion stone.)
In-house Client Accounts: refers to GSR Dental working in side of a dentist office on a day to day basis or on a one day a week basis or bi-weekly. And we consider this private work.
Net means 25 days and 7 days
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Private Entities refers to single person or multiple persons.
Promotions refer to contests, sweepstakes or other promotions offered through the Service.
Prosthesis refers to, denture, dentures, RPD, Cast frameworks, all on 4, bars, partial dentures, Acrylic flipper, flex, c&b, 3D printing, ortho, etc.
PHI refers to, Protected Health Information.
Service refers to the Website's, Software and GSR Dental LLC.
Terms and Conditions (also referred as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content (including data, information, products or services) provided by a third-party that may be displayed, included or made available by the Service.
TSBDE, Texas State Board of Dental Examiners, Dental Board Act.
Relationship between two different companies, refers to GSR Dental and dentist or dentist office and or any other company legally doing business. Whether or not our companies or any business entities, or private entities, are working together or not. Violating the relationship between two different companies is inexcusable.
Warranty is not transferable meaning, cannot transfer from patient to another patient or from dentist office to another dentist office.
Website refers to GSR Dental, accessible from http://www.gsrdental.com
Laboratory Management Software Service Through GSR Dental LLC.
You or DDS, means the individual or business accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Acknowledgment These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service, (GSR Dental LLC). By accessing or using the Service (GSR Dental LLC), You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, then You may not access the Service. You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company. Our Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your personal information when You use the Application or the Website and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. Please read Our Privacy Policy carefully before using Our Service. Terms and Conditions of this agreement are controlling.
Placing Orders for Goods By placing an Order for Goods through the Service, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Your Information If You wish to place an Order for Goods available on the Service, You will be asked to supply certain information relevant to Your Order including, without limitation, Your name, Your D.D.S. ID Number, Your Email, Your phone number, Your credit card number, the expiration date of Your credit card, Your billing address, and Your shipping information, and a (Signed Laboratory Prescription Form, by a Dentist.) You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Order; and that (ii) the information You supply to us is true, correct and complete. By submitting such information, You grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Your Order.
Order Cancellation We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:
• Goods availability
• Errors in the description or prices for Goods
• Errors in Your Order We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected, and not suppling your practice license and any violation of terms set by GSR Dental LLC. Your Order Cancellation Rights Any Goods you purchase can only be returned in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and Our Returns Policy. Our Returns Policy forms a part of these Terms and Conditions. Please read our Returns Policy to learn more about your right to cancel Your Order. Your right to cancel an Order only applies to Goods that are returned in the same condition as You received them. You should also include all of the product’s instructions, documents and wrappings. Goods that are damaged or not in the same condition as You received them, or which are worn simply beyond opening the original packaging will not be refunded. You should therefore take reasonable care of the purchased Goods while they are in Your possession.
Refund Policy, We will reimburse You no later than 15 days from the day on which we delivered the Goods and GSR Dental LLC has already received payment for the goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. We will need all original appliances returned in order to get the refund. And after you initiate the refund process you will have 15 working days to return the appliance, and if no appliance is returned within 15 working days it shall constitute acceptance of the appliance and no refund will be given. (Working Days, Monday thru Friday).
Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies We are constantly updating Our offerings of Goods on the Service. The Goods available on Our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and We may experience delays in updating information regarding our Goods on the Service and in Our advertising on other websites. We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
Price Policy The Company reserves the right to revise its prices at any time or prior to accepting an Order. The prices quoted may be revised by the Company subsequent to accepting an Order, in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by government action, variation in customs duties, higher foreign exchange costs. In that event, You will have the right to cancel Your Order. And our most up to date pricing will be found at www.gsrdental.com under price list where you will need to create an account to view pricing.
Payments: All payments must be made to GSR Dental LLC. For payment GSR Dental excepts, checks, cash, debit cards, and credit cards. All Goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express cards or online payment methods (PayPal, for example). Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.
Nonpayment is a breach of these terms and conditions and a material breach. Billing, invoices and statements will mostly be done online, (through Email and Laboratory Management Software.) On past due bills, if your billing invoices have gone past 20 days past your Net 25, Net 25 goes to Net 7 until your billing invoices are no longer past due, then your billing invoices goes back to Net 25. You will be asked to sign into Laboratory Management Software after 3 successful payments, to make it easier for the dentist office to have access to GSR Dental LLC. And nonpayment causes undue harm to GSR Dental Lab and our ability to conduct business.
Credit Card Transaction Fee
1.50% added transaction fee on bills that are past due to help cover credit card fees.
Fuel Charge: If a Dental Office calls for a case pickup and refuses to sign a laboratory prescription form without a dentist's signature and or ask the laboratory to do the work without a dentist signature or the dental office tells the laboratory at that point that there is no case for pickup and the laboratory came to the dental office for a case pickup. There will be a fuel charge for $75.00. This is at Laboratory discretion.
Promotions Any Promotions made available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms. If You participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.
User Accounts When You create an account with Us, You must provide Us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under Your password, whether Your password is with Our Service or a Third- Party Social Media Service. You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party. You must notify Us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of Your account. You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than You without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.
Disclosure of Your Personal Data Business Transactions If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
Law enforcement Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).
Other legal requirements The Company may disclose Your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
• Comply with a legal obligation.
• Protect and defend the rights or property of the Company
• Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service
• Protect the personal safety of Users of GSR Dental Services or the public
• Protect against legal liability.
Security of Your Personal Data The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, (Enterprise & Govt Excepted Security). We cannot guarantee its absolute security. For the protection of our customers, GSR Dental does not disclose or discuss the inner workings of our security or security software, accounting software or dental design software or computer backups email services and cloud services. This is to help protect GSR Dental LLC assets and our accounts. GSR Dental LLC also follows HIPAA Security Guidelines.
Content Your Right to Post Content Our Service allows You to post Content. You are responsible for the Content that You post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. By posting Content to the Service, You grant Us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service. You retain any and all of Your rights to any Content You submit, post or display on or through the Service and You are responsible for protecting those rights. You agree that this license includes the right for Us to make Your Content available to other users of the Service, who may also use Your Content subject to these Terms. You represent and warrant that: (i) the Content is Yours (You own it) or You have the right to use it and grant Us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) the posting of Your Content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person.
Content Restrictions The Company is not responsible for the content of the Service's users. You expressly understand and agree that You are solely responsible for the Content and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether done so by You or any third person using Your account. You may not transmit (over the internet or phone, cell Ph:, text, or in person, or verbal) any Content that is unlawful, offensive, upsetting, intended to disgust, threatening, threatening bodily harm, libelous, slander, defamatory, defamation, vilify, asperse, obscene or otherwise objectionable. Examples of such objectionable Content include, but are not limited to, the following:
Unlawful or promoting unlawful activity.
• Defamatory, discriminatory, or mean-spirited content, including references or commentary about religion, race, sexual orientation, gender, national/ethnic origin, or other targeted groups.
• Spam, machine – or randomly – generated, constituting unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, chain letters, any other form of unauthorized solicitation, or any form of lottery or gambling.
• Containing or installing any viruses, worms, malware, trojan horses, or other content that is designed or intended to hack or hacking, disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software, hardware or telecommunications equipment or to damage or obtain unauthorized access (physical or electronical) to any company data (including, dentist or PHI) or other information of a, first, second or third person. And trying to disrupt or violating the companies, web pages or dental supply accounts, emails, cloud accounts etc.
• Infringing on any proprietary rights of any party, including patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity or other rights.
• Impersonating any person or entity including the Company and its employees or representatives.
• Violating the privacy of any, first, second, or third person or the company or violating the relationship between two different companies.
• Violating GSR Dental's In-house Client Accounts in any shape or form will not be tolerated. And these are consider private work.
• False information and features. The Company reserves the right, but not the obligation, to, in its sole discretion, determine whether or not any Content is appropriate and complies with this Terms, refuse or remove this Content. The Company further reserves the right to make formatting and edits and change the manner any Content. The Company can also limit or revoke the use of the Service if You post such objectionable Content. As the Company cannot control all content posted by users and/or third parties on the Service, you agree to use the Service at your own risk. You understand that by using the Service You may be exposed to content that You may find offensive, indecent, incorrect, or objectionable, and You agree that under no circumstances will the Company be liable in any way for any content, including any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content.
Content Backups Although regular backups of Content are performed, the Company does not guarantee there will be no loss or corruption of data. Corrupt or invalid backup points may be caused by, without limitation, Content that is corrupted prior to being backed up or that changes during the time a backup is performed. The Company will provide support and attempt to troubleshoot any known or discovered issues that may affect the backups of Content. But You acknowledge that the Company has no liability related to the integrity of Content or the failure to successfully restore Content to a usable state.
You agree to maintain a complete and accurate copy of any Content including a Signed Laboratory Prescription Forms in a location independent of the Service (GSR Dental, LLC).
Backup service is in compliance with HIPPA, FERPA, SOX, GLBA, GDPR and SEC/ FIRA. As per HIPAA compliance we sign a Business Associate Agreement with our off-site backup service.
Our, Phone, Fax, Email, Text, Payment, eSign, and Laboratory management software services are all in compliance with HIPPA, GDPR, CCPA, CSA, PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001.
GSR Dental agrees to amend this Agreement from time to time as is necessary to comply with the requirements of the Privacy Rule and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, HIPPA and HITECH.
HIPAA rules are set forth by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and are documented in the Privacy Rule with specific rules regarding the sharing of information between health care providers. Dental laboratories and Dentists are both considered “Health Care Providers” and as such are permitted to share patient information and treatment activities. The dental office and dental laboratory does have the option of using codes rather than names if so desired, after the first laboratory prescription form is sent to the laboratory. Trying to hire GSR Dental, LLC. as a W2 employee: Since GSR Dental is a TX SBDE Registered Dental Laboratory and an LLC, we think it's unfair trade practice. (GSR Dental is not a co-op or worker-owned cooperatives.) GSR Dental is a Limited Liability Company and works Business to Businesses! The dentist can request a lab technician to come to the dentist's premises to do work at the dentist office, but the dentist must pay GSR Dental, LLC for the work being done. And the NBCCDT or lab technician isn't an employee of the dentist. The NBCCDT or lab technician belongs to or is an employee of GSR Dental, LLC. Chairside Services falls underneath, Professional Corporation or Partnership. And if the dentist want's a more permeant arrangement, then the dentist and GSR dental will have to come to an agreement on money, shares and billing and will have to sign a contract or verbal with GSR Dental, LLC.
All in-house client accounts are due and payable upon receipt of each invoice or statement. Billing starts on the date of issue on the invoice and payable bi-weekly (15) days. A minimum service charge of 6.0% per month and a (annual rate of 18%) will be applied to any unpaid balance. Accounts not paid within the stated terms will be subject to C.O.D. status. All cases and items remain the property of GSR Dental LLC. until client's account is paid in full. A minimum of $30.00 will be charged for returned checks. All accounts also agree to pay all attorney’s fees, court costs, collections and all other expenses which may be incurred in collection of past due balances or insufficient fund checks as permitted by law. And nonpayment causes undue harm to GSR Dental Lab and our ability to conduct business.
